When you use SOAR MCP connectors, we collect the minimum data necessary for license verification and service operation:

2What We Do NOT Collect 唔收集
We respect your privacy. The following data is never collected, accessed, or transmitted by SOAR products:
- Work file contents — your documents, designs, and project files remain private
- Personal documents — we never access files outside our software scope
- AI conversation logs — your interactions with AI assistants are not recorded
- Passwords — we never collect, store, or transmit your credentials
3Purpose 用途
The data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- License Verification — confirming your license is valid and active
- Usage Statistics — understanding how products are used to prioritize development
- Product Improvement — identifying issues, improving performance, and enhancing features

5Device Binding 設備綁定
To prevent license abuse, we generate a device identifier from your hostname + MAC address, which is then cryptographically hashed before transmission. This hash is a one-way function — it cannot be reversed to reveal your actual hostname or MAC address. Device binding is used solely for the purpose of ensuring license compliance and preventing unauthorized redistribution.
6Cookies
The SOAR website is a pure static site and does not use cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookie-based services. No cookie consent banner is needed because no cookies are set.
7Third Parties 第三方
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is used exclusively by Software Output AI Research Limited for the purposes described in this policy. We do not participate in data broker networks or advertising data exchanges.
8Your Rights 用戶權利
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Deletion — request the permanent removal of your personal data
- Correction — request updates to inaccurate personal information
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

9Data Security 數據安全
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- TLS Encryption — all data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted
- Cloudflare Edge Network — distributed infrastructure with built-in DDoS protection
- No Plaintext Storage — sensitive data is never stored in plaintext form
- Hashed Identifiers — device fingerprints are stored as irreversible hashes
