1Acceptance of Terms 接受條款

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any SOAR MCP connectors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our products or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Software Output AI Research Limited.

2Usage Rules 使用規範

Permitted Use:

• Use SOAR MCP connectors on authorized devices for legal automation purposes
• Use in personal or commercial projects within the scope of your license
• Create custom Skills, workflows, and automations using our connectors
• Integrate with supported platforms as documented

Prohibited Use:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any SOAR software
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass license verification mechanisms
• Using SOAR products for any illegal activities or purposes
• Destructive, malicious, or harmful use that could damage systems or data

3Account Termination 帳戶終止

SOAR reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any of the following reasons:

• Violating any provision of these Terms of Service
• Abusing your License Key, including unauthorized sharing or distribution
• Using automation tools to generate, steal, or manipulate license keys
• Engaging in actions that harm the service, its infrastructure, or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

4Intellectual Property 知識產權

SOAR MCP connectors and all associated components — including but not limited to source code, software design, architecture, documentation, user interface, graphics, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Software Output AI Research Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase of a license grants you usage rights only; no intellectual property is transferred to you. You may not claim ownership of, or create derivative works based on, SOAR proprietary technology.

5User Content 用戶內容

Any custom Skills, scripts, workflows, automations, and other content created by you using SOAR products remain your property. SOAR claims no ownership of user-generated content. You retain all rights to your original work. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

6License Policy 授權政策

Each License Key is bound to a single user account and is non-transferable. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling your License Key to any third party
• Sharing your License Key with other individuals or organizations
• Renting, leasing, or lending your license to others
• Transferring your license to a different user or entity

Violation of any license policy will result in immediate termination of your license with no refund issued.

7Governing Law 適用法律

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

8Changes to Terms 條款修改

SOAR reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at its sole discretion. Continued use of our products and services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will notify users of material changes via email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
