Refund Policy 退款政策

1Overview 概覽

SOAR connectors are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions, processed securely by Stripe. If you are not satisfied with a SOAR product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for that product. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

SOAR 連接器以月繳或年繳訂閱形式銷售，付款由 Stripe 安全處理。如您對產品不滿意，可於首次付款後 7 日內申請全額退款。

2Eligibility 退款資格

• The refund request is made within 7 days of the first charge for a given product
• Applies once per product per customer
• Both monthly and annual first payments are covered

Not eligible 不符合資格:

• Renewal payments (second billing cycle onwards) — cancel before renewal instead
• Requests made more than 7 days after the first charge
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations or license abuse
• Repeated subscribe-refund cycles on the same product

3Free Trial First 先免費試用

Every SOAR connector includes a 7-day free trial before you are charged. We encourage you to test the full workflow with your own projects during the trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will never be charged.

4How to Request a Refund 如何申請

• Email us at soardesignjimmy@gmail.com with your order number (found in your Stripe receipt email)
• Or use the manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt email
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days
• Once refunded, the associated license key is deactivated

5Cancellation 取消訂閱

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt email or by contacting us. After cancellation you keep full access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time outside the 7-day guarantee window.

6Statutory Rights 法定權利

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Where local consumer protection law provides longer or additional refund rights (for example, in the EU or UK), those rights apply. Payments are processed by Stripe in compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
